Wheel Signature, why can't I access

I received few questions that some people cant access some forum parts or that “Wheel Signature” thread was removed.

Not sure why but Lucky Srike removed it, he better explain.

Yes correct and i post it again in the right section.

I can explain.
First i post it at Visual ballistic section but then tought it better belong into same section as Wheel mapping method at Roulette Development section.

I moderate and move topic to Roulette Development section, but you could still read the original at Visual ballistic section, so i delete the topic to post it again, which i now did.
