I currently work as a blackjack-dealer here in Sweden and I’m about to advance to croupier by taking roulette- and craps-classes, and yesterday my roulette instructor told me a rather odd story.
But first, you have to know that in Sweden local pubs are allowed to arrange a number of casino-games, but with a very high house edge and very low limits. One of these games are roulette, where the max. bet is about $1 USD
and the payout on a single number is 30:1.
Well, back to the story. Our rouletteinstructor told us that we have to learn the number set up on the wheel because “good” players could “read” the wheel (VB). I asked her if this was such a problem as we payed 30:1 on maximum bets of 1 dollar.
Then she told me that when she had worked at another pub almost ten years ago there was a team of 3 people who had mastered this technique, according to her they had been banned in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo (Which probably means that they also played in Copenhagen, kelly), and every time they played at the wheel they won approx. 25.000 kronor (~4000 dollars) and they were banned after about a month.
Could this story be true? Could these results be achieved even with a computer? And the worst part is that no one that I have asked has ever heard of them.
Of course it is truth.
To hear that someone wins $4000 is nothing spectacular.
Guy from Croatia recently have won half million and almost nobody knows.
Pub wheels in Sweden often have dominant drop point.
But as you say bets are small and house keeps 7 pockets.
If scatter is reasonable VB is just enough to overcome it.
If you look my last test video almost all hits were within 2 pockets.
Good VB player can achieve almost the same.
And if the ball doesn’t bounce much of course that he can have good advantage.
That would have been in the 1999 - 2000 ish. It was certainly possible with the wheels in sweden at the time. That they should have gotten away with 4000$ every day for a month in a very small gaming establishment is another matter. Thats hard to believe. I doubt they would last a week before they would have been kicked out. The pubs haven`t got THAT big a turnover on the tables compared to the real casinos.
5 crowns is the maximum bet, so they must’ve won 25000/(5*30) = 167 times if they bet on plein. It would take all day, even if they won every single time! So the amount of money must have been overstated.
She must have talked about international casinos when she refered to the 25000.

Actually guy from Croatia /my friend Niko Shoda/won 1 million 200.000
th.pound st. in Ritz casino in London.Now he is in Kazahstan and neighbour
ex. Russian countries,where nobody know him as yet.Few years back we went to casino Admiral.coloseum,on Austrian-Czech…border,stay there 14 days in the hotel,while I was playing my game several nights,Niko was only watching wheels for 3 nights,and when he found a suitable table,the 4 night in about 1 hour time he won 240000 th.euros,took the money and we went to Sofia,Bulgaria.
All Europian casinos have banned him.When he finds suitable table,he just can’t lose,and many times he comes-go without even playing at all.

Yes the ex soccer player.Seen him once in Malta,plays big,
but doesn’t play here in Croatian casinos,cause of his reputation,

Anyway many good VB players over there from Dubrovnik, Split , Makarska and good team from Beograd. Coincidently happened that many of them one weekend were in same casino, you can imagine what has happened. Where are you from?

Split-Croatia,but am living late years in Opatija-Cro.as nearer border
as much on the run.Know most of Cro. players,as some of them
travels in teams or pairs.using all kind of tricks to beat the wheel.
Recently arrested here a team/girl included/that were cleaning local
casinos with the mobile tricks,and air-balls with the wire implements.
All sort of trick people are inventing to beat the game.Me not…
Am playing same old game for years now…following allways LD 2 columns
with corresponding colors on 1-2 and 1-3,while on 2-3 only columns…
Additionally there is much more involved to this method,ex;avoiding lose of 3 units,playing on the opposite color when ceartain color is in streak,stop play untill it jumps…mostly sitting on 28 or 32 numbers…flat bet.It usually
wins 7-8 sessions out of 10…
