Im not a roulette pro nor do I play roulette yet.
I am still trying to learn.
But I have recently come across 2 casinos that use the same wheel in which the scatter is pretty much zero.
As soon as the ball hits the diamond, the ball falls inside a pocket.
It doesnt bounce AT ALL.
I cant say if the wheel is tilted or not because I didnt look much.
Also, the no more bets is called really late and they throw the ball very slowly.
Even if the wheel is leveled, are this conditions good for a pro?

My friend, this is in a perfectly safe country.
Casinos have big limits also.
