My Experience with Building Roulette Computers

I’ve spent a good amount of time experimenting with building roulette computers, and I’d like to share some lessons for anyone interested in this topic.

  1. AI/Machine Learning is Useless for Roulette Prediction:
A lot of people think neural networks or machine learning will somehow crack roulette. That’s just not how it works. Feeding random spin speeds into an AI won’t magically make it output correct predictions. Roulette doesn’t have the kind of patterns AI can exploit — it’s impossible to get results this way.

  2. Learn the Basics of Coding First:
AI also won’t build a complete system for you. You need to understand at least the basics of coding before diving in. Start small, build simple tools, and gradually upgrade your system with your own ideas.

  3. Data Collection is Everything:
Store all kinds of data — even if you don’t think you need it now, chances are you’ll find it useful later. Recently, a friend suggested I split my data into “good” and “bad” categories, and that’s been a helpful way to organize things. I’d recommend you do the same.

  4. Computer Vision: Skip YOLO
If you’re planning to use computer vision, don’t waste your time with YOLO. It’s bulshit and not practical for this purpose. You can fully learn OpenCV in about two weeks, and with about a month of effort, you can build a working system from scratch.

  5. About Asking Questions in the Forum
One last thing, stop asking lazy or “stupid” questions. I’ve been guilty of this myself — I’ve posted countless questions here, only to eventually figure out the solution on my own. Take the time to experiment, break things, and learn by doing. You’ll gain far more that way than by expecting someone else to hand you the answers.

If you have any questions, ask me here on this post or DM me i will be happy to help.
