Million dollar question-can you predict bounciness of ball before dealer spins ball

I have noticed 99% of the time for all wheels, a wheel is super biased if the ball is bouncy and travels a long distance before lands on the final. However, if the ball just stick to where it drops, it is random. Overall, this leads to many missed opportunities as very few wheels are beatable under all conditions. Can you possibly predict the bounciness of a ball before a machine shoots a ball out or dealer spins a ball? I have noticed that air pressure has a little effect on this but not much.
