I saw that a while ago its just typical casino fashion. They can do it but they want, but if it is the other way around then it is a whole another story.
It reminds me a book a read a couple of months ago, which i called “Whale hunting in the desert”. Have you read it? One of the storys from the book is that a casino in downtown Las Vegas made to air condition extra loud in some of the hotel rooms. In an attempt that the visitors would leave their room and go out and gamble.
