I’ve noticed some bad comments Regarding Bob’s DVD’s at VIP.
I am not sure how selling of DVD’s can be fraud but reading forum confused me as well.
It is true that anybody can write advertisement and take money without delivering product.
However, Bob was nice to me and he mailed me first DVD from his set.
It is good DVD; recorded with camera above the wheel therefore the ball is visible all the time. DVD can be used for practicing visual or device prediction.
What Bob calls large ball I would classify as medium size ball used in most casinos. The recording is on slightly tilted wheel where top of the wheel is actually horizontal diamond, therefore the ball will mostly hit vertical diamonds on each side.
The ball bounces more wide then I would expect on that kind of wheel / ball combination, but maybe the ball is different material or it is just coincidence what I have noticed.
I did test my device against spins. I could not use much of first 30 min because wheel is very slow and my device covers wheel speed up to 5.5 sec per rotation. Some of remaining spins were to short for prediction so for testing purpose I clocked wheel than I clocked the ball with repeated spin. All spins on DVD could be ok for late prediction but my device is specially designed to have earlier prediction. Therefore spin needs to be at least 16 sec.
Wheel is predictable therefore if you practice any system and if system is good you should be able to get positive results. How much it depends of the system that you apply.
This is my results, not many spins but I can clearly see reasonable good prediction.
“X “represents total play and “O” are separated hits when device informs me that strike will be very accurate to particular spot of single diamond therefore and bouncing should be more common and prediction more accurate. “O” spins are not additional spins they are also included with “x “spins.

I still do not have remaining DVD but definitely I will get them and I recommend material to any roulette enthusiast.
I would prefer if spins are in different video format such as MPEG files, and if spins are in blocks:
30 spins 2.5 sec wheel
30 spins 3.0 sec wheel
30 spins 4.0 sec wheel
30 spins 5.0 sec wheel
Where each set is different file.
I am not expert in video production but I know that with some home use cameras footage can be recorded with 100 pictures per sec. Standard camera records only 25 pictures per sec, but they are displayed as 50 half pictures where every second line is scanned.
100 frames per sec. Would help a lot in development or research. I also recommend to Bob, to use Paypal as way of payment.
Please do not ask me for copy of Bob’s DVD’s. Material is valuable and it should be respected same as his time to record it. The price is only one serious bet at the table.
