Nice wheel, a friend of mine has one alike from them, a bit expensive, their representative asked me 3000 for one… good thing, buy if you can, or check ebay

It looks like a TCS John Huxley London wheel (“Mark VII Traditional Wheel” maybe)!
But in fact it is an american wheel-type, because of the cone (the turret isn’t meant) inside.
But it has an european low-profile separator ring with 37 pockets (single zero) - that is called european.

The other one called french wheel-type, there is a turret with 4 cross bars mounted. And the separator ring has more higher-profile pocket separators built-in, so even though the cone has another geometry.
