1 Did casino allow to use cell phone or pda to record the outcome numbers? or i must use paper and pen?
2 Call bets are available in all casino? for both french and american roulette?

Casinos do not care about you recording numbers, as long as you do not win. I recorded myself more than 5000 numbers in a 2 months period with exclusively the scorecards the Casino provides you with. Using a laptop or PDA at the table to record numbers won’t be tolerated in my opinion, not because it is a threat but because you will annoy other people and take a large part of the betting table, which is not intented for this.

I didn’t play in all casinos all over the world, but in Europe you can make call bets but not all Casinos will accept to make call sector bets “Zero and Voisins” for example. They usually take classic bets such as “splits of Zero, 16-20 Corner” and of course several single numbers.

The called bets are used when you cannot reach a certain part of the betting table. Some sits do not allow to reach the first part of the table and vice-versa.
If you want to bet 21 to 36, you can do it yourself, but you will have to get up your chair to reach some numbers. The dealer is here to help you if you are too far to reach the numbers, but he is not supposed to make all your bets each spin, imagine if everybody at the table did that.
You have to ask the pitboss to know if the dealer can make call bets on sectors, I repeat some casinos accept to do it, others no.
Its individual, but some casinos take X - 3 - 3 (7 numbers) and many takes X - 2 -2. So you might be able to get away with 2 times X 2 - 2 so you cover 10 numbers.
