The old one is smaller and it can go deeper in to ear channel (sometimes to deep so it is hard to remove it ) but the battery lasts only 1-2 hours.
New earpiece is a bit larger but the battery lasts 10-14 hours.
It is still covert and hardly visible.
one might have big ears???
